    A Little About Me:

Over the course of the past two years I have worked side-by-side with some of the best internet marketers in the United States. Through this time I have gained extensive knowledge about the internet marketing industry as well as the mortgage industry. I have worked hard to bridge the gap between technology and marketing by always keeping the user experience in mind and using both qualitative and quantitative data to improve and optimize.

My career prior to working with my current employer always involved internet marketing but never full-time like it does now. It was more of my free time that brought me onto the internet to learn and grow. Over that time I gained 13 years of some pretty cool knowledge in my book

Some More Details About My Experience:

    Graphic Design

When I was in my late teens I started college going for a degree in graphic design. After discovering that the subjectivity of art meant I might not get straight As, I took some time off from school to discover a new major. But I never stopped designing. With random websites, logos, business cards and event fliers, there was a 60% chance that Photoshop was open on my computer.

    Social Networking

This goes all the way back to 1996 when I first started online. We were always trying to find a way to communicate with each other and share the things we had. By we I mean all the geeks I’ve come to know over the past thirteen years. It started way back on IRC, moved to ICQ, then Live Journal and Yahoo and now every social networking site that has popped up in the these past few years. I’ve lived in a globally through the Internet for years and plan on staying that way.

    Website Usability

When you ask a lot of questions, you eventually learn what people do and don’t like. Also because of so many years on the Internet and my love of computers people have generally been very comfortable asking me questions or giving me their own opinion on what they see and what they find. My learnings may not be very scientific but if my ears could write I could probably write a few non-fiction novels on the topic.

    Website Coding

This has never been my favorite. In all honesty I just don’t think I’m anal enough to be a full-time programmer, but that doesn’t mean I don’t know how to read it. And I have a pretty good knowledge of what does what and all the technologies behind it. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being “html?” and 10 being “programs in their sleep” I’d say I’m about a 7.

    Online Relationships

Would you believe me when I say that probably half of the people that I hold near and dear to me I know from online? Or better yet, half of those people I’ve never even met face-to-face? Well it’s true. It’s not the medium by which people communicate, it is rather the communication that brings them close. Of course it may seem strange to ‘tout’ this fact, but I believe being able to have empathy and compassion help me do my job better.

That’s just a tad bit about me, but feel free to reach out to learn more. Oh, and stay tuned for some of the places that I currently reside at on the Internets!
